Leigh On Sea

This project features split-level living; the patio area was approximately 1 meter above grass level, so we formed some beautiful large steps with planters on either side, creating two levels for planting.
We also installed new steps, which were split-faced fronted with a porcelain tile finished top.

We applied split-faced tiles to the walls and planters, and we also installed 75 sqm of white porcelain tiles.
New foundations were poured to form a new wall to retain the patio ground height difference between grass level.
